Local Management Teams work directly with our Local Program Coordinators (LPC’s) in their cities to organize teams, coaches, local volunteers, and fundraising. The bulk of our volunteer needs are in your local communities working directly with athletes and coaches. LPC’s need assistance recruiting volunteers and athletes and organizing fundraisers.

As Idaho has experienced athlete and volunteer growth in nearly every program the role of the LPC’s has really changed. LPC’s in your community are currently looking for assistance managing this growth and ensuring the athletes have a quality trainings and safe competitions.
